The Screen enclosure is pretty straightforward. The box is based on the LMioEtool 4.9×4.9×3 Waterproof Junction Box. Holes are drilled in the side for the bracket, in the back for the power and camera cables, and on the bottom for the power switch and LED pentameter. The rest of the screen is just a matter of installing the proto-board, wiring up everything, and assembling the printed parts. For the connection to the camera cable I used 8 pin aviation connectors and for the power in I used Nilight – 50020R 2Pin Way 16AWG Waterproof.

I mounted the junction box on an old work light stand that I had and used a piece of 1/8″ x 3/8″ aluminum angle stock to mount the 3D printed battery box to hold the 12 V SLA Battery This makes a covenant package that is easy to carry and still fits into a 5gal bucket for protection and easy transport.
